Nevis recently rebranded McClelland's Single Malt Whisky for Morrison Bowmore Distillers. New packaging and supporting materials have helped the brand to succeed in a wide variety of territories. We also designed and built a branded website which brings to life the whisky adventures of Mr McClelland through his personal monthly blog and travel adventures. Mari Ann Laidlaw, Brand Manager for McClelland's, said: "The new packaging has made a real impact and the innovative website is enjoying hundreds of hits every week from fans of the single malt."

Nevis brew up a fine package for Pekoe Tea

Pekoe Tea

Nevis has designed a new identity and packaging for Pekoe Tea, the new company established by Jonathan and Lynn Cooper in 2008. They find tea suppliers at source and import the teas directly so that they can be bought fresh and prices kept low. The packaging is designed to take the customer on a journey of discovery and highlight the provenance of each tea. The design was recently shortlisted for a Roses Design Award.

Findlater's show great taste by choosing Nevis

Findlater

We recently created a brand identity and stationery for Findlater's Fine Foods, a luxury fine foods company based in the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow. Findlater's has a rich and diverse history steeped in craft tradition, from whisky distilling in St.Magdalene Distillery to paper making in the local mills. They required a brand identity that reflected this proud heritage and we were delighted to help - particularly as it gave us the opportunity to sample their award winning produce!

Holy Orders: Nevis create whisky packaging for the Order of Malta

Order of Malta

Nevis has completed the design of two new whiskies for Adelphi Distillery and The Order of Malta. Founded circa 1100AD, the Order of Malta is the world's oldest medical aid service institution. The packaging reflects the heritage of the Order and depicts the Cross of Malta. The Torpichen (blended) and The Grand Master (single malt) will be made exclusively available to the 12,500 members of The Order of Malta and all the proceeds will go exclusively to its charitable works. This is the first time our work has been approved by the Vatican!

Pure and simple packaging for Highland Spring

plum developments

We created a bespoke bottling for Highland Spring that was exclusive to Harrods as a tie-in with their month-long 'Truly British' celebration. Through research, we discovered that Sterling was high on the list of the things that foreigners most associate with a successful Britain. Our British label theme combined an ornate bank note style script with simple contemporary sans.

A simple typographic label design enabled the pure, natural qualities of the product to remain intact. We later worked with Highland Spring on the design and production of Liquid Assets - their Annual bottled water report.

A special relationship with Adelphi

Adelphi

Founded in 1826, the Adelphi Distillery is now Scotland's most acclaimed independent bottler of single casks of rare malt whisky. Nevis created the brand identity for Adelphi and for more than twelve years we have worked on the packaging for a wide variety of special bottlings. We were pleased when our work for Adelphi became the first whisky to be exhibited in the Design Museum.
